Business Reviews in SwipeSimple Appointments

SwipeSimple Appointments allows you to collect reviews from your customers after an appointment is completed. You can access these reviews in the Reporting > Reviews section. From there, you can decide which reviews to publish on your Mini Website, where potential customers can see them when booking an appointment. 

Requesting Reviews

To collect customer reviews, go to Settings > Booking Policies and turn on the "Send Request for a Review" toggle. Once enabled, customers will automatically receive a review request 24 hours after their appointment.

Reviewing & Managing

Once you receive a completed review, you can see it under Reporting > Reviews. Remember that this button won’t be visible until your first review is completed. You’ll see a list of the reviews you’ve been given with several options.

  • Reply - Sends a customizable response to the customer

  • Delete - Deletes the review. This is permanent.

  • Approve - Approves the review so that it’s publicly visible if Display Reviews is enabled. 

Displaying Reviews

Depending on whether you use the Booking Page or the Mini-Website, you have two options for displaying your reviews. Once enabled, your reviews will only appear after you have reviewed and approved them.

  1. Booking Page
    1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Policies and then switch the “Display Reviews on Iframe and Pop-Up” toggle to on.

      • Note: This option only works if your Booking Page is embedded on your website or uses the Book Now button. Check out our Integrations guide, specifically the Website or Iframe sections. 
  1. Mini-Website
    1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Policies and then switch the “Display Your Reviews Publicly” toggle to on. This will make approved reviews visible to the public.

Public Reviews

Once you’ve configured your reviews to be visible to the public, you’ll see a button appear on your Mini-Website in the upper right-hand corner.

The reviews will appear in a list near the bottom of the page.
