SwipeSimple Appointments allows you to manage each user's calendar and general availability, as well as their breaks and vacations if needed. You can also set up their appointments to be automatically synced to their third-party personal or work calendars. You can edit all of these settings by navigating to the Users menu and clicking the pencil icon next to the respective user to see the different options.

Calendar Syncing
- SwipeSimple Appointments can sync with commonly used external calendars and automatically add, remove, and update each user's appointments so they can use their preferred mobile calendar to see what is on the agenda. Additionally, any appointments on the user's external calendar will sync to SwipeSimple Appointments to help ensure your users are never double booked! To manage the sync option, navigate to the user, edit their profile, and navigate to the Calendar tab.
- We currently support the following external calendars.
- Google Calendar
- iCal
- Exchange - Office 365
- Outlook
- ICS Feeds
- You will need to login with your respective calendar’s credentials to begin syncing. You will be asked to accept the Cronofy TOS & Privacy policy to link your calendar to SwipeSimple Appointments.
Zoom
This tab allows users to connect their Zoom account to their profile and set up Zoom meetings for virtual appointments. Log in with your Zoom credentials to begin syncing. To link your Zoom account to SwipeSimple Appointments, you will be asked to accept the Zoom TOS and Privacy policy.
