SwipeSimple Appointments gives you many ways to customize how the booking experience looks to you and your customers. Below, you will find information on how to customize our tool to reflect your business.
Customize your business information by logging into SwipeSimple appointments and navigating to Settings > Business Details.

- Completing this information helps to brand your calendar so your customers know who you are. This information will populate on customer-facing materials like your booking page, appointment confirmations and reminders, and review requests. You can update things like:
- Business Name: This should always be completed so your calendar is branded to your business.
- Industry: Information about your business type
- About Us: Describe your business in a few short sentences to highlight what you do for your customers.
- Contact Information: Include how your customers should contact you about their upcoming or past appointments.
- Completing this information helps to brand your calendar so your customers know who you are. This information will populate on customer-facing materials like your booking page, appointment confirmations and reminders, and review requests. You can update things like:

- You can add your Business Logo here.
- Max 1MB. jpeg or png files only.
- You can add your Business Logo here.

Booking Page URL
- You can change the URL for your booking page here.
- The Booking Page URL is automatically generated using your business name. This can make it easy to remember and share your booking URL.
- We generally recommend using the same naming convention across your online presence to ensure a consistent brand image for your customers.
- To edit this URL, go to Settings > Business Details > Booking Page URL.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the URL.
