Booking Policies & Scheduling Preferences

Providing clear booking policies to your customers helps set expectations and prevent misunderstanding or disputes. You can also set up reminders, which help reduce no-shows and late cancellations. Below, you will find helpful information on providing this information to your customers each time they book an appointment. 

Booking Policies

  1. Most of these options can be found under Settings > Booking Policies. You will find helpful tool tips next to each to guide you on their purpose.

    1. Appointment Lead Time

    2. Appointment Cancel/Reschedule Policy

      1. Set default availability duration in minutes.
    5. Currency

Reminder Settings

Terms of Service

  1. If you want to provide customers with Terms of Service, you can add this via Settings > Booking Policies > Terms & Conditions. This is a good place to add your policies around cancellations and rescheduling.

    • 500 Character Limit
    • Customers must accept before they can book an appointment.
