The Appointments page provides a centralized location to review your and your staff's schedules. Here, you can view, edit, and manage appointment statuses and quickly schedule new appointments. Access these views by clicking "Appointments" in the left-hand menu.
Agenda View
By default, each view displays the logged-in user's schedule. Administrators and managers will see a dropdown menu, allowing them to select other users and filter their schedules. This feature is useful for quickly checking availability and booking appointments for customers. The Agenda view loads by default.
- Agenda View
- This view offers a detailed list of appointments within a selected timeframe. You can update statuses, edit and cancel appointments, and access customer contact information. This view is ideal for efficient day-to-day schedule management. Filter appointments by customers by checking or unchecking their names in the right-hand panel. This helps focus on specific customer schedules.
Calendar View
This menu option gives you quick access to a calendar view of scheduled appointments. You can access it by clicking “Calendar” in the left-hand menu. Similar to the views on the Appointments page, you’ll see toggles to switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views.
- Here, you will find options to interact with and edit appointments by clicking on them. When viewing the calendar by day or week, you can drag and drop the appointments on the calendar to quickly reschedule them.
- Click anywhere on the calendar to quickly book a one-off appointment.
Appointment Statuses
When you view an appointment, you'll see an option to set its status. This helps you easily track and update the appointment's progress. Below is a list of the default statuses with suggested uses.
- Scheduled - The appointment is booked but hasn’t happened yet.
- Arrived - The customer has checked in and is waiting to be seen.
- Started - The appointment is in progress, and work has begun.
- Completed - The appointment is finished.
- No-Show - The customer didn’t show up and did not cancel or reschedule. Use this to track missed appointments and follow up if needed.
- Cancelled - The appointment was canceled and will not occur
Note: To customize the status names and options, navigate to Settings > Calendar.
