To create, modify, or remove discounts using SwipeSimple Web, you'll need admin access to the web dashboard. Once you make updates to discounts on the SwipeSimple Dashboard, they will automatically apply to all SwipeSimple product lines (mobile, web, terminal, register).
Viewing and Managing Discounts:
To see your current list of discounts, go to the Items page and click on the Discounts tab. You can also use the search bar on the right to find a specific discount.
Creating a New Discount:
To create a new discount, click on Add New Discount and provide the following information:
- Discount Name
- Type (percentage or dollar amount)
- Amount
Click on Create Discount to save the new discount.
Modifying or Removing an Existing Discount:
To modify an existing discount, select the discount name to open the Edit Discount page. From there, you can edit the following information:
- Discount Name
- Type (percentage or dollar amount)
- Amount
Click on Update Discount to save the changes.
If you want to remove an existing discount, click on Delete Discount.
