SwipeSimple supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards. If you're having an issue with processing a transaction using one of these card brands, there may be limitations imposed outside of the scope of SwipeSimple.

Did you sign up for SwipeSimple through one of our partners? (Most Common)
Merchants who signed up through one of our partners will have their SwipeSimple account managed through their Merchant Service Provider. It's best to connect with your Merchant Service Provider for questions or troubleshooting.
The contact information for your Merchant Service Provider can be found in SwipeSimple.
On SwipeSimple mobile and terminal, select the sidebar menu and choose Settings. In the Support section, select the first option which is the name of your Merchant Service Provider and you will find their phone number listed.
From SwipeSimple Web, click on the question mark in the bottom righthand corner and select 'Learning and Support' to find the phone number for your Merchant Service Provider.
Did you sign up through SwipeSimple Connect? (Available since September 2023)
Merchants who signed up through SwipeSimple Connect should be configured to accept all card brands listed above. If there is a processing issue with one of those card types, click the ❓Help button at the bottom right of the screen to contact the SwipeSimple Customer Support team.
