Keeping your SwipeSimple Mobile App updated ensures you have access to all SwipeSimple features.
Ensure that the device is running the latest software version
- iOS 15.0 or higher (iOS)
- 5.0 or higher (Android)
Enable automatic app updates in the Google Play store for Android devices or in the iOS App Store for iOS device or follow the steps below to update your mobile app on your device.
iOS App Store:
- Open the App Store on your iOS device.
- Tap on your profile icon located at the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the "Available Updates" section. If a SwipeSimple update is available, you'll see the SwipeSimple icon in the list of apps with pending updates.
- Tap "Update" next to SwipeSimple to perform the update
Google Play Store:
- Launch the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
- Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top left corner.
- Select "My apps & games" from the menu.
- Navigate to the "Updates" tab to view available updates for your installed apps.
- Tap "Update" next to SwipeSimple to perform the update.
