If there are no lights flashing on your card reader after pressing the power button, the battery of the card reader is likely dead and the device will need to be charged. SwipeSimple recommends plugging carder readers into a wall outlet for charging, rather than a handheld battery pack or computer.
Ingenico B350:
- Light above the Bluetooth symbol:
- Blue LED on - The reader is connected to your device and ready to accept a credit card payment
- Blue LED flashing - standby mode / waiting to be connected to Bluetooth or Bluetooth is disconnected
- Light above the Battery symbol:
- Red LED on - the battery is fully charged
- Red LED flashing - low battery / critical low battery
Swift B250:
- Red LED flashing – low battery / critical low battery
- Blue LED on – Bluetooth is connected
- Blue LED flashing – standby mode / waiting to connect Bluetooth or Bluetooth is disconnected
Swift B200:
- Red LED flashing – low battery / critical low battery
- Green LED on – Bluetooth is connected
- Green LED flashing – standby mode / waiting to connect Bluetooth or Bluetooth is disconnected.
