Card readers that display the contactless payments symbol are able to accept payments via tap to pay mobile wallets. The contactless symbol is four vertical, curved lines that get bigger from left to right as seen below:
Merchants connected through a participating Merchant Service Provider can use SwipeSimple to accept NFC payments — including debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets — directly on their iPhone, with no separate card reader required. Note: Tap to Pay on Android is not currently available with SwipeSimple.
