Once you log into your SwipeSimple Dashboard, visit the Transactions page to find a column that lists the cardholder name for your transactions.
The cardholder's name is provided by the card issuing bank and is most reliably passed through on swiped and EMV chip (dipped) transactions. Tapped (contactless) transactions most often do not include cardholder name data. If the cardholder's name is not provided during transaction processing, SwipeSimple will not populate this information.
SwipeSimple recommends using our Customers feature to create profiles for your regular customers for easy management of transaction history by cardholder.
