The Customer Invoices tab shows all the invoices associated with a specific customer:
Invoices Tab Table View
Invoice Number: The Invoices number for a given transaction; this is automatically generated by SwipeSimple, sequential, and non-changeable. This will be hyperlinked to the Invoice’s details page.
Date Created: The date the Invoice was first drafted.
Last Sent: The most recent date the invoice has been sent to the customer.
Due Date: The due date assigned to the Invoice. This can be blank.
Status: The status of the invoice: Unpaid, Paid, Voided or Marked as Paid
Amount: The total for the invoice.
Create a new invoice for a customer by selecting +New invoice
- When an Invoice is created from the Customer’s profile, the Customer Name and Customer Email will auto-populate in the invoice form
The Invoices table view may be sorted by clicking the column headers and searched using key words in the search bar.
