How do I get my login credentials?
After your merchant service provider has set up your account, you will receive a Welcome Email with a secure link from noreply@swipesimple.com. Use this link to sign in to SwipeSimple for the first time. After you sign in, it will require you to reset your password. Passwords must be a minimum of 15 characters and recently used passwords cannot be reused
Log in/ Log out
Type your email address and tap Next.
Enter your Password and hit Sign In.
The email and password you use to sign in will be provided by your Merchant Service Provider.
Forgot Password
Tap Forgot Password and enter your email address to receive instructions for creating a new password.
Log Out
To log out of your account, open the side menu and tap Log Out at the bottom.
Locked out?
Too many failed attempts to log in will result in being locked out of your account. You'll need to wait at least 15 minutes since your last attempt before trying again. After that, we recommend to reset your password and attempt to login again with your new password to ensure you aren't locked out again.
