SwipeSimple integrates with the Star Micronics CD3-1313 and CD3-1616 cash drawers.
The Star Micronics CD3-1313 and CD3-1616 cash drawers require pairing with the supported Star Micronics TSP143IIIU printer. This is available for merchants on both mobile iOS and Android applications and using the PAX Aries 8 on the Register Software Package.
Cash drawers do not pair with SwipeSimple handheld PAX terminals such as the A80, A920, and A920 pro.
SwipeSimple is not a distributor of integrated hardware. Merchants interested in adding hardware should contact their Merchant Service Provider.

On SwipeSimple mobile and terminal, select the sidebar menu and choose Settings. In the Support section, select the first option which is the name of your Merchant Service Provider and you will find their phone number listed.
From SwipeSimple Web, click on the question mark in the bottom righthand corner and select 'Learning and Support' to find the phone number for your Merchant Service Provider.
