What is Text Loyalty & Marketing?
- A paid add-on tool for SwipeSimple that allows merchants to build marketing campaigns through collection of customer contact information via QR code & loyalty sign-up options. Merchants can build customized loyalty programs, create email and text marketing campaigns and even send and receive texts to customers who’ve opted in.

How can I sign up for this service?
- If you are an existing SwipeSimple merchant you can check to see if Text Loyalty & Marketing are available to you by logging into swipesimple.com and looking for the App Marketplace option in your left-hand menu.
- Click Text, Loyalty & Marketing and follow the sign up steps to schedule a call with our sales team.
- Don’t see App Marketplace? This means your Merchant Service Provider is not participating in this offering. Please contact your Merchant Service Provider to let them know you’d like access to the SwipeSimple App Marketplace and Text/Loyalty/Marketing.
- If you are an existing SwipeSimple merchant you can check to see if Text Loyalty & Marketing are available to you by logging into swipesimple.com and looking for the App Marketplace option in your left-hand menu.

How do I update or cancel my Text/Loyalty Marketing account?

Update account settings & billing: You will find the option to manage your account settings under the Manage menu button at the top of their dashboard.

How do I make sure loyalty and promotions are applied correctly to my customers' transactions?
- In order to apply loyalty or promotional rewards to a transaction, they must be added as a discount in your Item Catalog. Once you’ve created the corresponding discount, you can apply it to your transaction during the checkout process.
