My money didn’t move, what should I do?

If your money didn’t settle, there are a few steps you can take. 

  1. Follow the manual batching process found here: https://support.swipesimple.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030637953-How-to-manually-batch to close your latest batch
  2. Verify that auto batch is correctly setup:
    • Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
    • Tap on the BroadPOS app (processor dependent) 
    • Tap on FUNC 
    • Tap on Settings
    • Enter today’s date as the password in mmddyyyy format (eg. 07172019 for July 17, 2019)
    • Go to Host Settings
    • Scroll down to the Auto Batch Mode section
    • Ensure that Auto Batch Mode is set to “Auto Batch Close” and there is a time set up for Start Auto Batch Time and End Auto Batch Time. If one of these is not set up, follow the steps found here:https://support.swipesimple.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030282874-How-To-Set-Up-Autobatch
    • Tap on the circle button at the bottom of the screen to go to the device’s home screen
    • Tap on SwipeSimple
