The “New Charge” button doesn’t appear

There will be times when the “New Charge” option will not show up in the side menu of SwipeSimple. This usually happens because the associated Terminal Merchant account hasn’t been selected in the Merchant Account settings. To select the correct Terminal Merchant account and enable the “New Charge” option, please follow these steps: 

  1. Tap on the side menu on the top left (three lines) 
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap on Merchant Account
  4. Select the Terminal Merchant Account that corresponds to the terminal
  5. Tap on the back button on the top left
  6. Tap on the side menu on the top left (three lines) 
  7. Tap on New Charge
