Tap Receipt to provide a receipt for your customer. Enter your customer’s Email address and/or Phone number to send a receipt as an email or text.
Connect a bluetooth printer to print physical receipts (see Hardware section for details).
To send or print a receipt later, go to Transaction History and select the specific transaction you would like to issue a receipt for. Select Receipt at the bottom of the screen.
Every receipt will automatically include the merchant account name, address and phone number*. You can customize other receipt details from your SwipeSimple Dashboard by going to Account Settings and selecting the Receipts tab.
*Phone number is optional for merchant accounts.
