Keyed entry transactions

If your SwipeSimple account is configured for keyed transactions, you can manually enter card information to process a sale. 

Virtual Terminal

Mobile 

When using keyed entry on mobile, you handle the sale as you normally would until you reach the "Connect Bluetooth Reader" screen. Instead of connecting your reader, do the following:

  1. Click "Keyed Entry" at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Enter the card details manually. *Note that for international cards, you will leave the address information blank
  3. After the card number and exp date are entered, the blue "Charge" button should highlight.
