You can request to reset your password from either the SwipeSimple Mobile or Terminal App, SwipeSimple Dashboard or SwipeSimple.com. You will need to have access to the email account associated with your SwipeSimple account to complete a password reset.
From the app
From the app, select Forgot Password from the login page and enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password. These instructions will be emailed to you.
From SwipeSimple.com
From SwipeSimple.com, select the orange login button on the top right corner of your screen and enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password. These instructions will be emailed to you.
