You can request to reset your password from either the SwipeSimple Mobile or Terminal Application and from SwipeSimple's website. You will need to have access to the email account associated with your SwipeSimple account to complete a password reset.
From the app
From the app, select Forgot Password from the login page.
Enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password. These instructions will be emailed to you. After the temporary password is used, it will require you to reset your password. Passwords must be a minimum of 10 characters and the last four passwords cannot be reused
From SwipeSimple.com
From SwipeSimple.com, select the login button on the top right corner of your screen. From the next login page click Forgot Password.
Enter your SwipeSimple login email address to receive instructions for creating a new password. These instructions will be emailed to you.
Locked out?
Too many failed attempts to log in will result in being locked out of your account. You may wish to reset your password at this time or wait the lockout period. If you need assistance with logging in after a lockout, please contact your merchant service provider.

Did you sign up for SwipeSimple through one of our partners? (Most Common)
Your merchant service provider is the best point of contact for support. They will have access to your complete account details, the ability to make changes to your account, and the ability to answer your questions about SwipeSimple or your merchant account with them.
If you aren’t sure who your Merchant Service Provider is, click the Need Help button at the bottom right of the screen and write Who's my Merchant Service Provider? in the message box. Be sure to include your business name (DBA) so we can look up the information for you.
Did you sign up through SwipeSimple Connect? (Available since September 2023)
Merchants who signed up through SwipeSimple Connect should contact the SwipeSimple Support team. Click the Help button at the bottom right of your screen and complete our contact form.
