In order to print receipts after completing a transaction, a default printer has to be chosen first.
To set a default printer, follow the steps below:
- Open the SwipeSimple Mobile App
- Click on Settings > Device management
- If you’re using an iOS device, click on Set Default Printer
- If you’re using an Android device, check the box
- The default printer will show as Connected
After following the steps above, click on Print Test Receipt
